What size closures do you manufacture?
While we have in-stock dual door closures in various sizes, our customer's custom requests are helping us to set new industry standards as well.
What are your standard colors?
We have fourteen standard colors (2 reds, 3 greens, purple, yellow, 4 blues, black, white, and brown), but we can color match any custom color you need.
What are your material processing capabilities?
Our standard materials include polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, and polycarbonate; but we have years of industry experience with nylon, ABS, PETG, filled resins, and engineered resins as well.
What types of liners do you use?
Universal induction foil is our standard lining material; however we do offer other materials (except pressure sensitive). Please contact a Gateway representative with details on your specific application needs.
What markets do you serve?
Our closure and custom containers are primarily used for food packaging, chemicals, pet care products, consumer products, and industrial. However, we can work with you to meet your needs in any industry.
What are your standard closure hole configurations?
We have many standard configurations for each of our in-stock closure lines. However, because of our tooling setup capabilities, we can also customize the hole configurations quickly and cost-effectively.
